Hello chocolate chips!
Happy Thanksgiving! It’s a cooold one here. I just got back from a miserably-windy run (“feels like 31” with 30mph wind), and now I’m looking forward to a warm breakfast.
The house smells like cinnamon, as I made vegan Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal for my whole family!
Well, everyone except the little sister, that is. Hers is blueberry-cobbler boatmeal, since she doesn’t like pumpkin. Sacrilege, right? No worries: I love pumpkin enough for the both of us!
Today, I am thankful for ____________
I am thankful for Fs. Family, friends, and… fudge babies. Now that I think about it, I’m just thankful for all of you, in general. Everyone who takes the time out of his/her day to leave me a comment… do you know how much it means to me??
In short, if you’re reading this, I’m thankful for YOU!

I’m thankful for coffee. And Whole Foods.
i’m thankful for lady gaga, snow tires and flannels, and a cat to snuggle and share my vegan thanksgiving feast with.

Hope your day is amazing 🙂
Love the idea of Blueberry boatmeal! Did you just subsitute blueberries for the pumpkin in the recipe? You are so sweet and even though we don’t have Thanksgiving in the UK, I’m thankful for family, friends and blogs especially yours. 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving, Katie!
I wish we had such a holiday to show how thankful we are for the little (and not so little) things in life but since we don’t I will just pretend to be American for a day 🙂 . So I am thankful for my family (dog included 😛 ), for true friendship, for my obstinacy and last but not least for all the wonderful people the blog world has met me with.
Thank you for making me feel like a part of this!
Marina
I’m thankful for SO much, I can’t even begin to list everything! Right now I’m thankful that my parents surprised me with a plane ticket so I could fly home and spend the holidays with them 🙂
