Oh my goodness, yes! In just 5 minutes, you can make this decadent-yet-good-for-you chocolate oatmeal for one.

It’s like dessert for breakfast!

I don’t let chance dictate whether my day gets off to a good start. I’d rather make sure it’ll be a good day… by consuming chocolate first thing.

Sometimes, it’s in the form of my Chocolate Banana Bread.

Or this ultra creamy Vegan Chocolate Mousse.

But often, it simply means mixing a spoonful of chocolate peanut butter into my morning oatmeal, or cutting a big hunk off a 100% chocolate bar to eat on the side of whatever breakfast I might be having.

Really, it’s not. Try it!

Am I wrong? Can you do it?

Well, then at least I got you to eat some chocolate!

    5 stars
I was more looking into this to see what I needed to make my instant oatmeal chocolatey, so I’m going to try to make it with a little less milk, no banana, and microwaved because I have less time than necessary. I will reply to this message with the outcome, but for now, take 5 stars just for the info and fun reading and nice pictures. Have a nice day/night!!

I mix chocolate protein shake powder with 1 teaspoon of sugar and one packet artificial sweetener in water, add to quick oatmeal, microwave for 2 minutes and sprinkle on some cinnamon. Then add low fat soy milk. Yummy and nutritious in just a few minutes. Drink at least 8 oz. water to help aid digestion.

  3. Rebekah says:

Do you cut up the banana? Or mash it up?

  4. Marylou says:

I love rolled oats, with either almond milk, or lactose free white or chocolate low fat milk. I stir in some semi-sweet chocolate chips and I top it with some low sugar, low-fat lemon yogurt…… I know it sounds like a strange combination but it is so Yummy!!
If I use chocolate milk I don’t add chocolate chips.
