Oh my goodness, yes! In just 5 minutes, you can make this decadent-yet-good-for-you chocolate oatmeal for one.

It’s like dessert for breakfast!

I don’t let chance dictate whether my day gets off to a good start. I’d rather make sure it’ll be a good day… by consuming chocolate first thing.

Sometimes, it’s in the form of my Chocolate Banana Bread.

Or this ultra creamy Vegan Chocolate Mousse.

But often, it simply means mixing a spoonful of chocolate peanut butter into my morning oatmeal, or cutting a big hunk off a 100% chocolate bar to eat on the side of whatever breakfast I might be having.

It’s not possible to eat chocolate and frown at the same time.

Really, it’s not. Try it!

Am I wrong? Can you do it?

Well, then at least I got you to eat some chocolate!

Just made this and am eating it right now! It is yummy! Although I haven’t finished it and it seems too sugary for me! [weird enough I did not add any sugar, it’s just from the banana.. then again my taste buds for sugar are very low ..maybe that’s why >< ] Besides this, I like the texture that it ended up having :] Maybe I'll use less banana next time.. a smaller one hahaa or one that's not so ripen? lol idk :p

This sounds very good. Right now my favorite way to eat oatmeal has been cooking it in applejuice and topping it with fruit both fresh and dried for tons of texture.

I just found your website after my daughter made me brownie batter pancakes for breakfast. I love you recipes and I am so excited about trying some of them out. Just one question….do you have nutritional information/point values/carbs,fats,proteins,fiber/or anything that will help me with tracking your delicious recipes? If not that’s fine of course…this is your website….but if there is a place to see this information that I don’t see it would help me A LOT!!! Thanks.

Recently, I’ve also been making oatmeal with chocolate, but mine has been more of an imitation mounds bar. It’s delicious, I don’t even add sweetener! Instead I use unsweetened coconut flakes, semisweet chocolate chips, and a bit of milk. Yum.
