hello breakfast recipes

It’s finally available!

The book includes breakfast, and also healthy snacks, dinner, and dessert!

I’ve gotten so many messages and comments these past few months from readers asking when the new ebook would be coming out, and it was really hard not to say anything… I think I am more excited about this breakfast ebook than I’ve ever been about anything else on the blog.

Hi. I´m from Argentina. Can I buy a printed copy of each book?

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi! The closest thing we have to a printed copy is a pdf printable version that many people are getting so that they can easily print it and have a hard copy to hold in their hands. If that can possibly work, I can send it over in addition to the ebook at any time to anyone who wants it. It’s no extra charge 🙂

Hi Jason, I ordered the book in 2016, but never received the bonus recipes (mozzarella, pumpkin bread. “kraft” mac and cheese). It’s possible the bonus pack got lost in my spam folder but if so, it’s not there anymore. Would it be possible to get these recipes emailed? Thanks so much

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Sending right away. Let me know if you don’t see it tonight!

  3. Aleem Din says:

We like chocolate made things like cake, cookies etc

  4. sharon says:

Will this be coming out in book form? Many of us would prefer that. Thanks so much!

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Honestly we would have preferred that too! Unfortunately the closest thing we have for this one is pdf printable version that many readers are asking for so they can print it and have a hard copy to hold in their hands. Publishers wanted another dessert book, so this breakfast book had to be the ebook only, but hopefully Katie’s next book will be a hardcover as well.

    Hi Katie!

I purchased the ebook, but each time I try to access it, it says that the page has expired and now I don’t know how to retrieve the cookbook. Please help

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi, just emailed you a new copy! Let me know if you don’t see it!

  6. Bridget Habak says:

Hi, Katie! I just purchased this e-book solely for the recipe for “melty vegan mozzarella” and I can’t seem to find it in the book. Could you tell me where it is? Thanks so much!

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi, sorry for the trouble! I emailed you the extra recipes that are missing from some versions. If you don’t see my email, definitely let me know, and sorry again!

  7. Andra says:

Looking for the mozzarella recipe? The webpage says it’s in the Hello Breakfast cookbook but I just looked through it after buying it and I can’t find any vegan mozzarella recipe. Please help!

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi, sorry for the trouble, the bonus recipes probably got caught in spam. I’m manually emailing them to you now, and let me know if you don’t see them within the next few minutes!

Placed an order for your cookbook. But was really disapointed that I only got an ebook. I thot I was getting a real cookbook.

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi, sorry for the confusion, and please do not worry, we never want anyone stuck with a purchase they aren’t happy with. I sent you an email – if you don’t see it, just let me know!

  9. Kaylee says:

Hi Katie (and Jason)! I am a huge fan of your recipes, and was disappointed that I couldn’t find this or several other recipes in Hello Breakfast. Can you explain why these are not in the book? Thank you!

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi Kaylee, I am so sorry for the trouble! There are a few recipes in the bonus pack that should have arrived along with the book but that sometimes gets caught in spam. I can re-send the bonus pack to you manually if that could work? Just let me know what version of the book you have (what recipe do you see on page 11 where the recipes start?) so I can send you the correct bonus pack!

      Jason

      1. kaylee brown says:

Hello, thank you for the response. I was assuming I was missing something. ON page 11 I see the recipe for the chocolate chip coconut muesli bowl (which is awesome by the way). Thank you for the help!

        1. Jason Sanford says:

Sure thing! If you don’t see the bonus pack in your email within the hour, just let me know!

  10. Melanie Balkany says:

    Hello,
Is the vegan mozzarella cheese recipe still included in the “Hello Breakfast” cookbook? I bought this cookbook because this was one of the recipes I was excited about but although I have searched the cookbook cover to cover, I cannot find the recipe.
Where can I find this recipe?

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi just emailed you the bonus recipes, sorry for the delay! If you don’t see them within the next few minutes, definitely let me know.

  11. Kristina says:

I purchased the ebook recently, but I’m having an issue finding the melty mozzarella recipe you advertised as being in the book. If you could maybe direct me on where to look, I would greatly appreciate it! I love the book so far! Incredible!!

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi, emailing you the recipe immediately! Sorry for the delay – the bonus pack gets stuck in spam sometimes!

  12. Stephanie says:

My son has severe food allergies (FPIES), but I am interested in several of your recipes. Can you tell me an approximate percentage of recipes without oats, rice, soy, wheat, dairy, corn, nuts or eggs contained in the ebook? He has several other allergies, but I can usually rework a recipe for that. We can safely use quinoa and coconut, so those are my two go-to flours. Planning to try your Oreo recipe this weekend! Thank you!!!

    1. Jason Sanford says:

All of the recipes in the book are free of dairy and eggs, and all have a soy-free option as well. Most have a gluten free option. I don’t think any require corn. But some of them do have oats so I really don’t know if it would be worth it for you, unless you wanted to experiment with quinoa flakes instead of oats. (Or for the baked goods that call for oat flour, experimenting with an all purpose gf mix or something.) Here’s a list of all the recipes if that can help: https://lett-trim.today/nutrition-facts-hello-breakfast/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E

  13. Kris says:

I’d love to purchase the pdf form of the book or a printed version if available. Could you please tell me how to go about doing that as I don’t see it as an option. Thanks much!

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Hi, I can definitely send over a PDF version. If you order the ebook from the website, it will send you an automatic email with the ebook, and I will watch out for it and can also then manually send the printable version (it’s no extra charge) and the Bonus Recipe pack, if that works. 🙂

  14. Gail says:

    Hi Katie,
I bought your first book (hard copy) a couple of weeks ago and was super impressed with the vanilla ice cream recipe, it’s ace! Also it’s been a revelation how you inform us in adapting your recipes. For me it’s no wheat, Lactose free & no refined sugars). I’ve often wondered how to adapt sweet treat recipes I used to love but haven’t been able to make anymore but your book shows me how I can. I love it! Just bought a doughnut cake tin so I can make your frosted lemon doughnuts. I have seen today another cookbook you’ve released (I’m only 2 years behind, what can I say, I’m in the UK I didn’t know of your existence but I do now!! I’ve read lots of comments on here that this is an E-book only, I’ve just bought this today is there any chance, as others have asked, at being sent a PDF version to be able print out the recipes I want to make. Good luck with future ventures. Look forward to your next book. Thanks in advance ?

    1. Jason Sanford says:

Absolutely, sending it to you right away. If you don’t see it within the hour, definitely let me know!

      Jason (media relations)

  15. Inga says:

I am a bit disappointed – I expected the mozzarella receipe to be included in the book. But I can’t find it anywhere. Is that a mistake?

    1. Jason Sanford says:

I am so sorry about that, you SHOULD have that recipe. It’s in the bonus pack that comes with the book and has a few extra recipes. Sometimes it gets caught in a spam filter somewhere before getting to its destination. I’m sending it manually to you right now, so let me know if you don’t see it within the hour!

      Jason (media relations)

      1. Inga says:

Thank you so much, Jason, now I got it all! :)))

  16. Lara says:

    Hi there,
I have been reading all the comments – does this mean the cookbook is not in pdf form? Once I’ve bought it, can I email / leave a comment and get a copy? and – was there a first book???? thanks.

    1. Jason Sanford says:

The ebook version would use more ink to print, but I can absolutely send along the printable pdf as well if you get the book (it’s no extra charge). If you do get it, I can just look out for your order and then hopefully save you the trouble of having to email me, but if for some reason I miss it, just email me at chocolatecoveredmedia at gmail and I can get it to you right away.
