My girlfriend is relatively new to the baking world and LOVES your blog and is always making your desserts (two of them this Thanksgiving). I’m trying to put together a thoughtful gift (your cookbook will definitely be a part of it) for her for Christmas and am thinking about getting her some jars and containers where she can have bulk ingredients like flour and such on hand when the urge to bake strikes her. She tries hard to avoid dairy, gluten, and added sugar. Can you recommend the MUST have ingredients that you need to keep on hand at all time? Hi! Just the fact that you’d want the book if it were hardcover means so much. Thank you! The closest thing we have for this one is a PDF printable version that some readers are getting so they can print it out and have a “hard” copy to hold in their hands. If that works, just get the book and I will look out for your email address and send you the printable copy ASAP (it’s no extra charge).
Or if that wasn’t what you meant, then no worries either way, and thank you for wanting the book in the first place! We completely hear where you’re coming from in regards to ebooks and wish we could have made a hardcover version of this one happen.

I thought the book had the melty mozzarella recipe and the oreo brownie bars, but I can’t find either recipe in my copy of the book. Were they removed? Is there a way you could send them to me?

What version of the book do you have (what is the first recipe in your version?), so I can get you the correct corresponding bonus pack and make sure you have all of the recipes. My mom ordered me this book and I particularly wanted the mozzarella recipe and the oreo buttercream frosting recipe. I can’t find either of these in the book. =/
