How many of the recipes are Keto friendly?
Hi Julie, if you’re on a keto diet, Katie said this one probably won’t be a good fit for you because it wouldn’t have enough keto-friendly recipes to make it worth the price, and she would want you to get your money’s worth. I’m working my way to a more plant based diet and have been enjoying your recipes. I was really excited to see you had a Breakfast Cookbook! Breakfast is the meal I’m struggling with switching to plant based as I’ve been so used to having eggs.
I was sad to see that Hello Breakfast is only available as an ebook, but I don’t use an ebook reader. Is there any way to purchase the PDF copy of the book and bonus recipes instead? I would love to be able to print the recipes.

Hi Ingrid, we do have a pdf version (that readers can print at home). I’ve just been sending it to anyone who gets the ebook version and asks for it – it’s no extra charge.
We so wish this could have been available in hardcover and are so sorry not to have a hard version to offer. But if you ever get the ebook and decide you want a pdf version, just let me know and I can send that any time 🙂

Hi Becky, I’m the media director for Chocolate Covered Katie and am so sorry for the confusion. I can absolutely give you a refund. We absolutely don’t want anyone stuck with a purchase they aren’t happy with. We wish so much that this one could have been available in hardcover. The closest thing we have is a printable pdf version that many readers are asking for so that they can print a copy to hold in their hands. If that could work, I can send it along with the bonus pack that has a few extra recipes (and refund the other copy, of course). But if that won’t work, Katie said to please offer you a full refund for the second copy too if you need one instead, because she is so appreciative that you wanted the book in the first place. Or she can donate all of the amount you spent on the second copy to charity, so you won’t feel like it was wasted money. Sorry again for the confusion, and thank you for wanting the book if a hardcover had been available. We really wish it could have been!

Hello! I love CCK recipes, I create all of her free ones frequently. I finally purchased the ebook because I was really excited about the proceeds going to charity, as well as the following two recipes that are supposed to be exclusive to the breakfast ebook: potluck Oreo bars and the cream cheese swirl pumpkin bread. After purchasing and downloading, neither of these recipes are in the book that I downloaded. I am really disappointed about this. Is there something that I am missing or did wrong? If not, I would like information on a refund or even just having those two recipes emailed to me, please!

Hi. I love your recipes. I wanted to try the cream cheese filled pumpkin bread so much that I bought the breakfast cookbook so I could. I may be mistaken but I don’t see it in there.
