All of the recipes in the book will have a soy-free option 🙂
Some do use oats – You can try substituting rolled quinoa flakes or kamut flakes or even spelt or rye flakes (check out Eden brand). Let us know if you experiment!

That’s what I modeled them after, and I tried to use similar ingredients. They don’t taste exactly the same, but I like them just as much in their own right… and they are much cheaper 🙂
