A little disappointed that there weren’t more savory breakfast recipes…too many sweets and not enough in the savory & casserole realm for me. Also, what is it & where is the recipe for the casserole featured on the Chapter 6 intro page (p. 71)? I was at a loss on that one. Last question – I got in on the last day of the supposed ‘bonus vegan cheese recipe’ offer and am just wondering how I get that as I am very much looking forward to trying it. Will the Creamy Cheesy Broccoli Rice recipe be included with that as well? I didn’t see it in the cookbook although the instagram post says it is. Many thanks!

Hi, I can send you a copy that is printable if that would work? We really really wish this one could have been hard copy, but unfortunately publishers only seem to be interested in signing on for another dessert book. There were a lot of rejection letters, and finally Katie decided to just go ahead with an ebook. Hopefully the next book will be able to be a hard copy. We really are sorry about this and wish it weren’t the case 🙁

I would have thought that publishers would jump at the opportunity for a breakfast cookbook. Desserts are desserts, but you can do something for everyone with breakfast.
I have prepared so many of your recipes and all are fabulous! I also prefer cookbooks in hard copy as I make notes in mine, as well. When I find a recipe online, I end up saving & printing it so I can follow it easier & keep it with other recipes. Could I please get a copy via email? Thank so much!

I love the original, I’ve made so many great recipes from it and I always get compliments on the desserts. People can’t seem to believe there aren’t any dairy or eggs! Vegan baking was really challenging for me before I learned your recipes, and it’s made my transition to veganism so much more fun.

Breakfast is my favorite but, really don’t like e-books. All of your recipes look wonderful and would love to see what your breakfast recipes are like as well. Is there any possible way I could be sent a paper copy instead. I would greatly appreciate that.
