Breakfast is my hardest meal to eat healthy. I get tired of pasty oatmeal or other “healthy recipes that are loaded with sugar! a lot of the time I just go without. maybe these will help!

    1. Miranda Huffaker says:

oh by the way, are the sunshine baked oatmeal hard or like cakey?

      1. becauseHeloves! says:

I would say it’s cakey, because that’s what most baked oatmeal recipes are like (:

  2. Kathy says:

I LOVE your sweet healthy blog! I am wondering if you could be sure to include breakfast recipes with no coconut oil; the American Heart Association does not consider it a healthy fat for those with cholesterol problems (I know there are conflicting views about coconut oil – some swear by it but I have to avoid it per doctor’s orders (which I hate because I love it!) Keep up the good work 🙂

  3. Juli says:

Very excited for breakfast month! Can we have some high-protein recipes?

  4. katie says:

    flourless cinnamon rolls?!

  5. HilJo says:

My friends mom used to make the most wonderful muffins!! They were called “pecan pie muffins” and really tasted exactly like pecan pie!! 🙂 I wouldn’t even care if they were super healthy!

  6. Christina @ The Beautiful Balance says:

I don’t even know where to start, they all look so tasty!

    Hi,
I can’t access any of the new breakfast recipes! The link won’t work.

    1. Chocolate Covered Katie says:

If you’re already signed up for emails, there’s no need to do anything else. You will already get the recipes. Sorry for the confusion!

  9. Bobbi says:

I would love some savory recipes! I used to eat eggs all the time before going vegan and I miss it. I’ve tried tofu scrambles but I’ve found that too much soy does some horrible things to my digestion. 🙁 So soy free if possible!

  10. Emma says:

I read the previous comments about the email/feedburner confusion and just want to say that one of the things I love about your blog is that the posts are all actually in the emails themselves, instead of only having part of the post emailed out so the subscriber has to click on a separate link to read the rest. PLEASE KEEP DOING THIS THE WAY YOU’RE DOING IT!!!! I can read the emails themselves but your site is blocked on the filters at work so I can’t access your recipes otherwise. Thank you!!!!

    1. Chocolate Covered Katie says:

Definitely will keep it this way. 🙂

  11. Joyce says:

I’d really like a recipe for healthy Swiss rolls:D I remember having those for breakfast all the time when I was little haha or more quick filling single serving ideas I could whip up in the mornings. Also (this isn’t quite a breakfast request though:p) I hope you could try remaking some traditional Chinese foods/desserts? Like pineapple buns, sweet soups etc. thanks so much (for reading my looooooong demanding request) I love your blog by the way!:)

  12. JT says:

Dessert Overnight Oat Recipes, or any oatmeal recipes in general 🙂

  13. Lydia says:

I just had an epiphany. Breakfast pie! ‘Nuff said

  14. Lauren says:

    Katie~
Would love to see more bfast (and any) recipes using almond flour. My program’s diet avoids all wheat products so I haven’t tried spelt yet either. We also can’t have bananas which makes smoothies and other recipes tricky. Carb free breakfast casseroles would be great too…we can’t have dairy on the plan so cheeseless vegan versions are perfect!

  15. Katherine says:

I love this idea! Katie, have you ever heard of or used peanut flour? My grandma bought me some a while ago and I feel like I should use it soon, but it doesn’t seem like a common thing when I look it up! If you have… I’d love a recipe with it. 🙂

    1. Chocolate Covered Katie says:

Yes, I use it for the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake and the Homemade Peanut Butter Chips :).

  16. Carole Holtzclaw says:

Thought you would be interested in a sugar substitute called -Just Like Sugar- made with vitamin C. They have it in bags to cook with, also brown sugar, and in small packets. You can read more about it on internet.
