A Month Of Healthy Recipes
If you’re anything like me, you sometimes stare blankly into the fridge and think, “What on earth am I supposed to make for dinner tonight???”
Many of you have been asking me to post more healthy meatless recipes, and so I thought it would be really fun this month to post NO desserts at all! For the entire month, I’ll post new clean-eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes instead of dessert. All of the recipes are free in the free recipe newsletter, and some will be posted on the blog as well. I’m really excited about Healthy Meal Month… I hope you all are too!!!

Is this signup for the newsletter for just for your recipes? I signed up thinking it was just the newsletter, but now I’m getting only your blog updates via email. I already follow you on RSS, so I don’t need or want both.
It’s the blog updates, but some of the recipes will only be included in the emails. But if there is one you want that isn’t included on the blog, you can always just email us.
