I’d say my mother is the most amazing woman in the world; but many of you might argue and say that your mother holds the title of world’s best mom.
This proves there’s quite a large number of wonderful mothers around.
So here are over 40 reader favorite healthy Mother’s Day recipes to treat them right, from breakfast – preferably served in bed – to dessert, and everything in between!
I’ve included in the post some of my own mother’s favorite recipes from the blog, such as the pancakes, chocolate pudding, and healthy banana bread.
And I’ve also included recipes that are especially easy and fun for kids to make, such as the chocolate truffles and sugar cookies.

Me and my daughter picked the Peanut Butter Pie and baked the perfect cake for my wife! Thanks a lot for the recipe, it was a great success for two unskilled cooks, definitely the best Mother’s Day she has ever had if we can believe what she says 🙂
How will I choose which recipe to make? So many choices!
Love this round up, so many delicious looking options. I just posted my own mother’s day recipe – a nostalgic cinnamon sugar toast that my mom used to make for me (healthified a bit).

Spectacular recipe roundup, Katie! These are perfect for the spring time. Cannot wait to start cooking!
That butterfinger video blocked the page and the recipe I found on the google image route. It won’t close
My sisters and I decided to make your coffee cake in a mug for our mother. Although the first one failed (which is why an older sibling should always check behind a younger one ;), the second attempt she found most delicious!
One of her favorite things has always been angel food cake. I’m wondering if that is even possible to health-ify but I’d be interested to bake anything you might com up with.
Thank you so much for these recipes, Katie!
Do you have any recipes that combine savory with chocolate? Like, meatless tacos with shaved chocolate?
Hmmm she doesn’t yet, but we will definitely have to look into making some!

Those recipes look so good! I’d love to see a Taco Recipe!!!
All of these recipes look so lovely! The sweet potato patties, creamy pasta, and healthy breakfast recipes (ESPECIALLY your pancakes and cinnamon roll!) would be adored by my family and myself, but then again, everything here would be the same case!

That 1 minute chocolate mug cake is one of my favorite recipes from your site!
