One of the most common requests I receive is for “no bake” healthy snack recipes that can be made without a stove, without an oven, and without a microwave. Normally, each time someone asks for ideas, I respond with a long list of healthy snack recipes from my site… but then the commenter has to search for each of the links individually. So finally I’ve put all the no-bake healthy snack recipes in one place. This post is long overdue!

I make your Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies all the time for my mommy. They make such a nice snack to grab out of the freezer. I’ve also made the pumpkin pie resees and love them.
What a comprehensive list! The fudgicles look extra tempting!
Thanks for all the different options.
I tend to just make the same things over and over until I’m sick of them; which probably is telling me I need to mix it up a bit more with more Snack options.

My favorite snacks: CCK Peanut Butter Shake, canteloupe, and Nature Valley granola bars…and bananas dipped in peanut butter, and yoloberry yogurt…
This is wonderful – Thanks for sharing! Those peanut butter eggs look awesome!
Thanks for the round-up of no bake recipes! Perfect for quick and healthy snacks! The only thing is when I clicked on the cute gingerbreadman-looking cookies it took me to your zucchini fries?
The same thing happened to me when I clicked on that picture. There was also another link that didn’t work. It was for what look like peanut butter cups but had a white filling and when I clicked on it it just took me to an enlarged version of the photo.
Yikes! I’m sorry about my mistake! The raw gingerbread recipe can be found here: https://lett-trim.today/2010/12/17/vegan-raw-gingerbread-men/%3C/a%3E%3Cbr /> And the coconut butter cups: https://lett-trim.today/2010/10/06/homemade-peanut-butter-cups-in-your-bra/%3C/a%3E%3Cbr /> Once again, sorry for the errors :(.
