I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

An itunes gift card and a chocolate bunny mold!
I think I want your reeses copycat, too. 🙂
Something sweet. The last two years the easter bunny has brought me broccoli (can’t say I didn’t like getting broccoli though)
I want peace for my kiddos. And maybe some gluten-free chocolate bunny-shaped cake!
Mmm, I would love some vegan peanut butter eggs this year!
I would like everyone in our family, including extended family, to be healthy and happy.
I want to win the chocolate molds…lol.
I gave up sugar for Lent, so technically the Easter bunny could bring me loads of sweets…but after all this time I really could go for another batch of cookie-dough dip!
I read above where a reader wanted a Kindle gift card for books. I wanted to let her and everyone know that you can get hundreds of free kindle books on amazon.com. Also, here is link to a website where a lady kindly lists the free books each day. There are some great books for free so enjoy !http://www.new-daily-free-ebooks.com/
I want a vitamix blender.
I would be happy to receive some beautiful vegan easter treats though. Or better yet make them myself. Chocolate Covered Katie’s recipes are fantastic! And her April Fool’s gag will go down in history!
