Look!

I made chocolate bunnies!

Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.

Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.

Right before I bit his head off.

Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

I wish the Easter bunny could bring our family to us. We live in Oregon and they all live in Wisconsin so it gets lonely around holidays since we can’t travel for every one of them.

Hmmm it’s Easter so chocolate is on the mind. I want that hot chocolate that Vianne makes in the movie Chocolat with the chilli pepper. I think about that stuff a lot actually. Happy Easter, your bunnies are adorable

Actually, I would like it to be warm and sunny and that everyone is happy and will enjoy ALL the things I’m making for Easter! (Luxury Easter-brunch with different breads and rolls and spreads that I’ll make, and also dinner for which I will be doing my extra best. As well on first as on the second day of Easter!)
