I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

I want to be able to get through my first 5k 🙂
My Easter basket is always easy (as with my valentines and christmas stocking) Fill it up with anything chocolate and I’m set! You are a girl who wrote a blog after my own heart!!
Love your happy blog, katie! I’ve been browsing forever, but finally made your cookie dough dip this week. Brownie batter and chocolate chip style. YUM. Then I put the leftovers in a milkshake. DOUBLE YUM.
— What do I want from the Easter Bunny? A day of quiet do-nothing-ness with my husband, complete with several servings of chocolate.
I would love for the Easter Bunny to bring me a huge basket of books!
I’ll take all the white chocolate you don’t want from the Easter Bunny this year! =D
For Easter, I want my two boys to not have an allergic reaction while at Grandmas and Grandpas this weekend. And the bunny molds so I can make some of those bad boys!! 😉
Well, of course lots of goodies, but my dad is in the hospital so I would like him home so my family will all be together that day.
My 4 year old has never been able to eat Easter candy because he has A LOT of food allergies. I would love to be able to give him a homemade and safe chocolate bunny! That’s all I want for Easter. Just to be able to put something “normal” in his basket.
The easter bunny could bring me homework elf and I wouldn’t complain 🙂
Oh my goodness I would so absolutely love a Vitamix! I currently have about a million appliances and would love to downsize in our itty bitty apartment…so would my husband!!
