My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.
Those are adorable! I want some homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for Easter!

I would love for the Easter bunny to bring me a warm, sunny day! My family made chocolate bunnies all growing up, but sadly my Mom is the only one with the molds- now that I have my own family I need to get some of my own!

I haven’t had an Easter basket since I was 8 or 9. If the Easter bunny visits this year I could use a gift card to Barnes and Noble, a vegan everything cookie from Whole Foods, or some vegetable seeds to plant in the garden.
