I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

If the Easter bunny brought me some of your copycat Reese’s eggs I’d be a happy girl 🙂 or flowers of course…chocolate or flowers. Either way can’t go wrong!
I would love those bunny molds, but I would also enjoy Easter Day going to church and then a picnic with my family. Coming home and watching the 10 Commandments or the Robe.
Hope to win!
Ha! I did not even see the Snow Bunny at first! What a great plan to make it with coconut butter. I too would like fresh flowers and some chocolate for Easter. (Though what I need is a bike for Easter!)
I want some new UnderArmour running tights! The HeatGuard kind! It’s gonna be a LONG summer.
I want a basket of gluten-free, dairy-free candy to share with friends & family!
I would love some fresh beautiful flowers, they are such a treat! 🙂
The Easter bunny could leave me a clean housr and a long afternoon nap!
I just want anything chocolate and peanut butter and for my family and I’s roadtrip to be safe when we go in 2 weeks.
A wonderful day with my family will be just perfect, Mr. Easter Bunny!
Well I would like to get some super extra time with my sweet 14 months nephew and the rest of family! 🙂
