Look!

I made chocolate bunnies!

Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.

Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.

Right before I bit his head off.

Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

I don’t celebrate Easter, but what would make me really, really, super happy is a hug from my dad across the Atlantic… I’m halfway through a semester in Prague and missing family like crazy!

I’d love to have the Easter Bunny bring some of Chocolate Covered Katie’s treats already made….but more likely is that someone else will have to make them to fill the family’s baskets.

I would like the Easter Bunny to bring me you! That way you could bake all of these things for me all the time. But if I can’t have that I will gladly take any sort of chocolate treats. 🙂

I’m away at college and will not be able to make it home for Easter, so my friends and I are celebrating here! I would love a chocolate bunny mold so I can show them how delicious being a vegan can be!

    Dear Easter Bunny,
Only chocolate will do; you know the drill.

    Thank you,
    Nae

If the Easter Bunny is magical (he is, of course), then he can do anything, right? Right. So for Easter, I want my masters thesis to be finished.

I’d really like the Easter Bunny to share the carrots he (she?) eats. I can only assume they’re pretty good!
