Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

I would like for safe travels as we drive from Texas to MS to see our son who is stationed at Columbus AFB.
I would like the Easter Bunny (or one of his helpers) to bring me a new car that doesn’t die in the middle of the road every few weeks and has to be towed in then get $1000 in repairs just to die again with new problems.
I would love a basket filled with fruits (fresh and dried… I am suddenly obsessed with dried dates and pinneapple!). And candies and chocolates too! <3
