I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

I want the Easter bunny to bring me some of those bunny molds!
Thank you so much for the great, great, great idea! I am going to have to run to the store to get a mold, but would still love to win yours as well, it’s always nice to have options. I’ve been looking for a chocolate bunny for my son who can’t have milk and no luck, at least that is affordable. I didn’t even think of making it myself. Thanks again and just in time. I love those Cadbury Creme Eggs and the Cadbury ones with the crunchy shell and chocolate middle. If you could figure out how to veganize those I would be forever grateful! That peanut butter egg looks awesome too. I will have to try those!
I want an 80% chocolate bar please, Mr Bunny!
Thank you.
Chocolate and more chocolate and then some Nutella 🙂
I want a basket full of quinoa, agave syrup, raw cacao, virgin coconut oil, and tons of CCK homemade Reese eggs! I tried the Reese egg recipe yesterday and I was sad because I had to share.
I think I’d just like it to be lovely and sunny over Easter so I can make the most of the long weekend. Also, I’d love to try making some cute chocolate bunnies so those moulds would be very useful indeed!!
I would like a food processor 🙂
I want the easter bunny to bring me Fran’s salted dark chocolates and some homemade reece’s eggs (a la chocolate covered katie), please and thank you!
I’m praying for two healthy kids this Easter…… and some peace and quiet!!! Plus some bunny molds! haha. Recipe looks awesome…. as usual!!
What a great score for our family!, My son is dairy free, my husband Diabetic and I am chocolate allergic so can go for the coconut butter one!
What do you do with the coconut butter? Just put it in the mold and freeze? or do you do something else?
Finally Easter bunnies in our baskets!
