I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

Cute idea katie(as always). For easter this year I want a chocolate bunny mold and ricotta cheese cake.
I think at this moment I just want Oregon to stop raining and finally be sunny spring :). Oh, and some chocolate ganache. Yum.
This sounds really cheesy, I love chocolate and all but I really hope the easter bunny could bring me a day free of pain and full of good health for once.
ps: I barely noticed the white bunny at first, he’s like a ghost bunny!
i would love a heart shaped waffle maker and an afternoon of kite flying with my out of state boyfriend 🙂
The Easter bunny can bring me dark chocolate and an amazon gift card.
I want big smiles on my family’s faces after we do our easter egg hunt!
Those are adorable! I want some homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for Easter!
Would love to have someone else make me “healthy” easter chocolate! :p
I would love for the Easter bunny to bring me a warm, sunny day! My family made chocolate bunnies all growing up, but sadly my Mom is the only one with the molds- now that I have my own family I need to get some of my own!
For Easter I want the true meaning to rise above the rest!
