I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

A food processor so that I can make all of your yummy delicious recipes!! Although I managed to swing the chocolate chip cookie dough dip using my mini chopper today and my kids inhaled it!!
I want another tomato plant for my patio garden!
I would love the Easter bunny to leave me a whole basket of delicious treats from your website’s recipes!
Peace on earth for everyone and a yoga class for me.
A holiday.. seriously.
I want a basket full of dark chocolate reeses!
After years of not having an Easter egg hunt, my mum has decided that she’d like to do one for myself, my fully grown brother, and our partners!! I’m just looking forward to fun on the day… But some dark chocolate eggs wouldn’t hurt, of course!
I hope the Easter Bunny brings me anything chocolate! Or peanut butter..
This is such an awesome idea! I would love to make these for my hunny instead of buying the stuff I know isn’t as good (both tasting and for him).
I don’t celebrate Easter, but what would make me really, really, super happy is a hug from my dad across the Atlantic… I’m halfway through a semester in Prague and missing family like crazy!
I’d love to have the Easter Bunny bring some of Chocolate Covered Katie’s treats already made….but more likely is that someone else will have to make them to fill the family’s baskets.
