Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.

Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

    We like to call it the Easter Bilby in Australia (a cute wee marsupial with long ears) 😀 And I would absolutely love it if he/she could somehow sneak a Mountain Mint Wildbar into my Easter basket… I’ve literally been dreaming about them since you mentioned them all that time ago!

    I got my wish already after hitting a deer head on going 65 mph everyone in the car was safe and no one got hurt. I totaled and I do mean totaled the car……but its just a car my sweet babies were safe! This Easter I will hug the ones I love a little bit tighter!
