I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

I want a hike and flowers with everything chocolate on your blog! 🙂
I would like some colored denim, or brightly-colored jewelry!
I would love for the Easter bunny to bring me anything vegan chocolate! Yum!!! Or any baking supplies. I would bake all day long if I could!
a bigger food processor!!! or all of the dark chocolate in the world! 🙂
I want the Easter Bunny to clean my house for me before my entire family comes over for lunch. I would <3 that!!
Those bunnies are so cute! 😀 I would love some of these cuties for Easter. <3
Dear The Easter Bunny,
Please send me more recipes from CHOCOLATE COVERED KATIE. Oh and some healthy chocolate to make Katie’s recipes. Oh and love, happiness, and world peace.
THANK YOU! 🙂 See you in 6 days.
Happy Egg Making,
Krystle
Chocolate would be nice!
All I want for Easter is a big bowl of peanut butter (I gave it up for lent)
I would not say no to a large chocolate sculpture. Nor to dinner with a handsome stranger.
