I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

I’m with you, I’d like my basket filled with your amazing peanut butter eggs! And the bunny molds are adorable!
I’d love him to bring me some cute fuzzy socks from bath and body works… they are soooo cozy!
After spending yesterday in the ER, all I want is my one-year-old granddaughter is to be healthy and not to have any more seizures.
a yummy chocolate bunny of course!
I’d really like for my family to have a peaceful, loving day for Easter!
I am a new follower and vegan baker! I would like a new oven mitt from the Easter bunny, mine is falling apart! Love your blog so so much
The only thing I want from the Easter bunny is for my daughter to not spit up on her Easter dress I made, haha.
I just read this and it made me laugh big time. Ha!
I would .love my brother to be completely healed from leukaemia.
He is in my thoughts and prayers 🙁
Wow. Thinking of you and your brother as well!
Dear Easter Bunny, please talk to Mother Nature about this weather. We do not want another 100+ summer like last year and it is not looking good since it is hitting 90 in March.
Sincerely,
Okie Jen
P.S. I will have some nice, fresh, organic carrots for you if you come through for me. 😉
Dear Easter Bunny,
Please bring me CHOCOLATE and please keep the artificial easter grass from getting between my toes. It makes it very difficult to concentrate on eating my CHOCOLATE.
Thank you,
Sherry
