I made chocolate bunnies!
Shhh… they’re actually healthy chocolate bunnies.
Here, let me introduce you. This is Simon:

Yes, I named him.
Right before I bit his head off.
Morbid. 😕

My recipe:
Oh, and the guy in the middle is not made of white chocolate. (Blech! White chocolate!) He’s made of coconut butter. For both the chocolate and coconut bunnies, you’ll need to keep leftovers in the freezer. (Snow bunnies?) If you’d prefer homemade chocolate Easter bunnies that keep their shape at room temp, simply melt your favorite chocolate chips and pour that into your bunny chocolate molds.

Katie,
I love ALL of your recipes! These bunnies look so cute! I just need a nice bunny mold to make them with:) Keep the great recipes coming PLEASE!!!!
I want a puppy especially one I can later run with and dark mint chocolate!
Love this idea. It’s so hard to find safe chocolate especially in bunny form for my child that’s allergic to nuts. Chocolate for Easter is always my wish!
Chocolate covered marshmallow something. Like nutmallow or mallow without nuts. I’m loving the marshmallow lately.
I would love it if the Easter Bunny left me some dark chocolate! And cleaned the house, so I can do all those other things I need to do… 🙂
I want yummy vegan chocolates and I wouldn’t say no to some vegan marshmallows either!
I love those bunnies so cute the picture of them talking cracked me right up!! My butt hurts! WHAT? bahhhaaaa thats awesome!!
All I want for easter is a day off from cooking and cleaning!!
My 6 grandkids would love this and I would feel good about giving it to them 🙂
What I want for Easter and am getting is a week break from
School 🙂
I want to be able to make chocolate bunnies for Easter!
