The last day of my cousins’ visit to Texas went by in a whirlwind. We swam– Oh yes, we DID venture into the cold water!

We took a long walk around my campus (SMU).
We met up with some of my friends, who LOVED the twins.
And then we went to Genghis Grill! While my parents and aunt filled their dinner bowls with meat, all three of my cousins opted for vegan meals! And Charlie kept repeating, “Tofu is my favorite food ever,” as he devoured piece after piece of his teriyaki tofu. You don’t hear that very often out of an omnivore’s mouth!
No one told Charlie that kids aren’t supposed to like tofu. Apparently, no one told Abby either. Look at all that tofu in her bowl! And look at that huge smile on her face!

I can’t believe you’re swimming! I had to scrape ice off my windshield this morning. Clearly I need to move!
Isn’t tofu amazing? Everyone I’ve ever had try tofu loves it, despite its reputation for being “icky vegan food”.
Those are terrific pictures 🙂 You look like you had a great time with you cousins !
That’s amazing! I don’t think any of my cousins like tofu. Then again, maybe they haven’t tried it or haven’t tried it prepared the right way.
Hey, I like tofu a lot, and I’m an omnivore and always will be! (Unless my body, God forbid, becomes intolerant toward animal products, anyway.)
