Hi Chocolate-Cream Pies!
I hope you all liked the Peanut Butter & Jelly Fudge.
Today, I’m stepping away prying myself away from the peanut butter… but not for long! Bright and early next week, I’ll post the recipe for those pb&j blondies. This past week, in between peanut butter posts, I was fixing up the “faves” page, not only adding more recipes to my own faves, but also adding a reader-favorites’ section. From the new page:
These are a few of your favorite things…
For more of your favorite recipes—including fudge babies, single-lady cupcakes, and voluminous ice cream—see my blog’s right sidebar.

Yes I have 😀 Ive made your Blueberry pie pancakes and those raspberry chocolate fudge things- so good! And the minty fruit salad. I ALWAYS want to make your recipes, but I havent got the chance to make all of them. I want to try your oatmeal bakes, chickpea stuff, the giant cookie pie thing, and the healthy cookes! They all look amazing!
I think that your deep dish cookie pie should be on the favorites list! That (along with fudge daddies) are my two favorite things I’ve made from your blog so far (although my list of to-make goodies is continuously growing!). I just keep going back to these two 🙂
I *almost* put it there, but it’s already on my “about” page. So I figured it wouldn’t be fair to the other recipes lol ;).
I’m hoping to try your PBJ fudge tonight — although I’m trying to figure out how I can make it without coconut…hmmm.
LOL you would HATE my new food obsession: eating coconut milk “cream” from the can ;).
UM PB BLONDIES PLEASEEEEEEE
basically anything chocolate i need asap
i really want to try fudge babies. like this weekend 🙂
girl you need to come out with your own cookbook!!
I’m working on it!! 🙂
I’ve tried the high protein mushroom stroganoff but would love to try more of your recipes.
I’m just so terribly lazy when it comes to the kitchen, and baking in particular! I’m also a bit intimidated by sweet things and scared that they’ll go wrong in my clumsy hands. Really there’s no excuse for not trying the Deep Dish Cookie Pie or Cookie Dough Dip/other blendable chickpea recipes though. I must find some vegan choc chips ASAP (so hard to find where I live!)
xxx
Haha I hear you! I am such a lazy cook too! That’s why many of my recipes have so few ingredients… I just don’t like spending hours making food!
I have definitely tried lots of your recipes! And LOVED them all!! 🙂 Which ones would I like to try? Um, ALL of them!! 😀
<3 <3
i just made your cookie dough cake (the oatmeal), i doubled the recipe and ended up with 5 muffin sized cakes! and then since i already had all the ingredients out already- i decided to make your chocolate chip cookies! they are delicious, my mom and i approve! 🙂
Aww that makes me smile so much!!
Where do I start?! The mushroom stroganoff, the cookie pie, the melted-banana trick, the single-lady cake…. and of course fudge babies! They’re all great 🙂
I made your healthy chocolate chip cookies and was pleasantly surprised. They didn’t exactly taste like normal chocolate chip cookies (and mine didn’t look as pretty as the photos!), but they were still pretty darn good.
As a side note, I had one questions:
Can you used sweetened coconut when making coconut butter? My grocery store doesn’t carry unsweetened 🙁
I’ve been wondering this too!!! I have the same issue :-/
I’ve never tried it… I think I heard once that you can’t, but I can’t really remember. If you do try it, let me know how it goes! (And be prepared if it doesn’t work.)
I’ve made the fudge babies (yum!), and next on my list is the deep-dish cookie pie. Can’t wait!
