Healthy Desserts!
Things may have seemed a little slow around here this past week, as I’m getting ready for some huge changes this month with the blog design and the cookbook. Hopefully you will get to see more about both in the next few weeks!
For today, a look back on the most popular healthy dessert recipes of the past year. Here they are in order: your favorite healthy desserts.
Healthy Desserts Of The Year:
Peanut Butter Breakfast Pudding
Secret Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
January and February are going to be recipe heavy, with new healthy dessert recipe posts coming your way much more frequently. Basically, now that I know what healthy desserts recipes are going in the cookbook, all of the others I’d been saving can be posted on the blog. In January, the focus will be on healthy meal ideas—breakfast recipes, as well as maybe some lunch and dinner ideas. Then February begins chocolate craziness. It all starts with my next healthy dessert post. Hope you are ready!

cant wait for the cookbook!!! soooooooo super excited!
will be be able to order it over your blog or?
I’ll definitely post more info when I know it. Pretty sure it’ll be available in bookstores and on Amazon.
I’ve tried two of these recipes-the coconut crack bars and the fudge bites…and they were both delicious!!
This morning I made oatmeal-raisin fudge bites with my mother’s Vita-mix. They were sooo blissfully good.
Dang, am I excited for a new blog design, the cookbook, the upcoming recipes, basically everything! omigoshomigoshomigosh anticipation is killing me.
Will your cookbook be selling outside of the US? I sure hope so, cuz I reside on this ‘lil island near China called Taiwan. 😛
I’m not sure, actually. I’ve heard (but am not sure if it’s true) that Amazon will ship some things to Taiwan, so that might be a possibility.
haha, that’s right. There’s always Amazon 😀
I love all your recipes – easy to make and delicious:)
Looking forward to new recipes and to your new blog design!
How very yummy are all of these and how fun to have a new blog design. Happy New Year. x
The copycat reese’s might be making an appearance in my kitchen very soon…
Ah! Katie! Please make a recipe for puppy chow!
Your post reminded me just how much I love your peanut butter breakfast pudding. I just finished a big bowl of it. Your Betterfingers bars are my favorite, though. Or maybe your big fat coconut breakfast cake, or your peanut butter bread. It’s all so good! Thank you for so many delicious recipes, Katie. I am so excited for the cookbook!
Oh wow…you have me drooling at work! lol

NOMNOMNOM
NOMNOMNOM GET IN MA BELLY
Hi There:
I want to make the frosting shots so bad! I’ve tried three times and after putting the can in the refrigerator and opening them, I found nothing solid in the can. Just liquid. I bought the Thai kitchen in the red can, just like your picture showed. What in the world can I do to correct the situation.
What can I make with the liquid?
Thank you so much for helping me out.
Rusty
As she says in the post, if you want a guarantee, you should buy coconut cream.
But you can make delicious smoothies with the thinner coconut milk or use it in any of Katie’s recipes that call for “milk of choice.”
Bring it on, Katie! So excited to see what new recipes you have in store. 🙂
