Remember my raw coconut cream pie?
Last night, I made up another pie, but I was feeling super-lazy (and super-hungry). So I gave up completely on the idea of pie and instead portioned the coconut cream filling into little ramekins… Voila! Raw Coconut Cream Pudding! 🙂 Love in a bowl.
Speaking of love, I do not talk enough about the loves of my life. No, not coconut butter and chocolate. The other loves of my life:

Your dogs are adorable! I’m a complete dog person~ You seem to like terriers? (Erm… well I think one of your doggies is a Jack Russell terrier, no? And Scotties are <3) Do you ever take them running with you? 😀
Henry’s 1/2 Jack Russell. He’s a Toy Fox Terrier, which is a mix of JR and Chihuahua :). Well, we think that’s what he is, anyways. We adopted him :).
I take him out running for like 1/2-hour runs sometimes in the afternoon. But Molly… lol she’s waaaaay too slow for a run!
I almost always opt for pudding over pie–crust is to fussy for me:)

Aw, Molly and Henry pictures! They are such little cuties and I just love Molly’s little face, and Henry just looks so sweet. If you ever find yourself in NC with them I will dogsit for you!

As for the single lady cupcakes I have a few or a lot of flavors chocolate peppermint/ or candy cane, gingerbread, eggnog, red velvet, chocolate/coconut, Peanut butter(or any nut butter), Mocha, Chai Spiced, Sweet Potato, Chocolate Mint, Lemon Raspberry, and Carob Banana.

or could you do something like hazelnut butter? Because Hazelnuts are so much cooler than peanuts…
