Meet Katie
Chocolate Covered Katie is one of the top 25 food websites in America, and Katie has been featured on The Today Show, CNN, Fox, The Huffington Post, and ABC’s 5 O’clock News. Her favorite food is chocolate, and she believes in eating dessert every single day.

I dont even like mint and I want every single one of these
Anything green for St Patty’s day for me?
Yes green lettuce, kale, cucumbers, and veggies 🙂
I LOVE all your minty and green themed desserts….yummmmmmmy work Miss Katie!
I hope you have a great St Patty’s Day and don’t drink too much green beer. (kidding!)
🙂
Hahaha isn’t getting drunk what the day is all about? 😉
Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you, my favorite green-eatin’ yogi!
Fun- I need to get on posting my St. Patty’s day recipes- i’m a bit late, but no worries! I guess I just don’t really think of it as an actual holiday, as I’m not irish. Heck, it’s an excuse to eat more greens, in my terms!
I can’t believe st pattys day is tomorrow. I’ll be sure to eat green first thing in the morning!
I probably won’t make anything green, but I’m sure I’ll eat some green veggies…and maybe a green top is in order!!
I’m definately wearing green tomorrow and I want to make something special. However, I’m going to be without my blender tomorrow. Do you have any “green” recipes that don’t require a blender?
LOL I guess I am a bit blender happy, huh? :-/
Hmmm… the baked oatmeal doesn’t! Or my Candy Veggies: https://lett-trim.today/2010/11/12/i-ate-candy-for-dinner/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
Thanks Katie!
The baked oatmeal is a great idea I’ve been meaning to try it.
I think I’ll make some Candy Veggies for dinner tomorrow. I love roasted veggies!
Candy! + Veggies = yum
katie katie katie… guess what I am about to make??
my first chocolate mint milkshake!! I just got peppermint extract and am beyond excited! XO will let you know if I manage to make it decently 🙂
Ooo excited! Definitely do let me know!
I appreciate all the mint chocolate chip recipes personally!
I already made some gluten-free cookies with green sprinkles for St. Patricks day 🙂
And I have green on the lining of my jacket which totally counts, no one can pinch me 😉
The green colors are so lovely! Looks delicious!!
High five girlie! Mint choc is my ultimate favourite flavour combination! Your recipes look amazing as always – you just keep getting better 🙂 I mentioned you on my blog today 🙂
Awww thanks! (P.S. Your link says your blog doesn’t exist!)
Mint chocolate chip was my favorite icecream as a kid (same as the thin mint girl scout cookies, aside from the peanutbutter patties 🙂 ) 🙂 These recipes make me happy!! 🙂 Especially since there’s spinach–totally guilt free, yay.
I’ll probably have guacamole, cucumber, and broccoli tomorrow 🙂 But that’s kind of normal for me!! 😛 I’m pretty much always chock full of vitamin k 😛 Next monday is my grocery day again though–I’ll make the day special and pick up the ingredients for the mint icecream 🙂 That would make my day!
I plan on making a pasta dish with peas and spinach. Yay for green!
Mint chip is one of my favorites (we used to beg my mother to make her grasshopper pie…she’d relent about once a year). I’m excited to see your minty recipes.
I’ll probably drink green tea tomorrow (safe bet since I drink it almost every day…)
I’ll definitely be having some salad and probably kale!
Mint chocolate is one of my favourite flavour combinations so I don’t mind a bit, keep ’em comin’. 😉
I start off my day with something green everyday in juice or smoothie form so I guess I will unintentionally. But perhaps I will make time to whip up one of your delicious desserts for a special treat.
