Use this almost instant recipe to make your own rich and chocolatey 2 ingredient Nutella at home. It is so easy!

Course: Dessert, Snack
Cuisine: Italian
Keyword: chocolate, chocolate chips, nutella
Servings: 2 2/3 cups
- 2 cups hazelnuts (or 1 cup hazelnut butter)
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips (For a version without chocolate chips, try this Homemade Nutella Recipe.)
If your hazelnuts are not already roasted, spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 400 F and toast for seven minutes or until lightly browned. To make the recipe, first discard of any hazelnut skins that come off easily. If you have a food processor or high speed blender, process just the nuts for about five to ten minutes, stopping every few minutes to scape down the sides. It will eventually turn into a smooth butter texture.(If you do not own a food processor or high speed blender, use one cup hazelnut butter instead of the two cups nuts. Use a spoon to mix.) Carefully melt the chocolate chips, then add the melted chocolate to the hazelnut butter and process until evenly incorporated. Transfer to a mason jar or covered container. This easy Nutella can be left out at room temperature for a few days, but I recommend refrigerating for optimum freshness.View Nutrition Facts
