- 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream

- 1/3 cup sweetener of choice
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Make sure bananas are ripe - the peels should be at least partially brown before beginning. Peel bananas, then blend all ingredients until smooth, using beaters, a food processor, or a fork.
