- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup yogurt or mashed banana
- 1/2 cup milk of choice or additional yogurt
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Carefully stir in half the berries. Either top with remaining berries and eat right away, or cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
