- 1/3 cup peanut butter or allergy friendly sub
- 3 cups mashed banana (there's a banana free version above!)
- 1 cup milk of choice or water
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey or agave
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line or grease a 9x13 inch pan. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl to form a batter. Smooth into the pan, and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool, then serve hot or cold. If you can wait, the flavor is even richer the next day!View Nutrition Facts
