Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries or berries of choice
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Spread the raspberries into a rectangle or heart shape on a pan lined with wax or parchment paper. Carefully melt the chocolate chips, then stir in the optional oil. Pour over the berries, and use a spoon or spatula to evenly spread out the chocolate sauce. Freeze ten minutes or refrigerate just until the chocolate coating is firm enough to cleanly break into pieces. This chocolate raspberry bark recipe can be stored on the counter for a few hours. For longer storage, it is best to store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer due to the perishable ingredients.
