6tbspspelt, white, or oat flour (or see the keto version above)
1/2tspbaking powder
1/4tspsalt
31/2 tbspgranulated sweetener of choice
2tbspoil (the chocolate mug cake above has an oil free option)
6tbspwater or milk of choice
1/2tsppure vanilla extract
Instructions
If baking in an oven, preheat to 350 F. Grease one mug or two small ramekins very well. Stir all dry ingredients, add wet, and mix to form a batter. Either bake for 12 minutes or microwave until fluffy - my microwave took 2 minutes, but it will vary depending on your machine's wattage. Eat straight from the mug or let cool completely before going around the sides with a knife and popping out. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or anything you wish.View Nutrition Facts
