Healthy Chocolate Brownie Blizzard

This healthy Dairy Queen copycat chocolate brownie blizzard recipe is thick, smooth, frosty, and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (Or try this banana free Healthy Chocolate Frosty) (360g)
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter or allergy friendly sub (45g)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (20g)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 brownie recipe of choice (I like these Vegan Brownies) (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • *Make sure banana peels are at least partially brown, which means the fruit is ripe. Peel and freeze bananas. (This step can be done days or even months in advance, for an almost instant recipe.)
    Blend everything except the brownies until smooth in a blender, food processor, or Vitamix. If desired, stir in or garnish with bite sized brownie pieces, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, or anything else you wish.
