Healthy Chocolate Fudgsicles

Creamy healthy chocolate fudgsicles are the best dessert of the summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 ripe bananas or use this banana-free version
  • pinch salt (1/16 tsp)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • optional 3 tbsp peanut butter or melted chocolate chips

Instructions

  • For creamiest and richest results, use either canned full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream, or include the optional nut butter (almond, cashew, macadamia, sunflower, etc.).
    To make the recipe, combine everything with a blender or by hand until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. A good way to remove pops is to run the popsicle mold under lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds, then gently twist.
