Protein Cookie Dough

This high protein cookie dough recipe is a super healthy snack that tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 can chickpeas (or try this Keto Cookie Dough Dip)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut or seed butter of choice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • sugar or sweetener of choice (see note below)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Amount of sweetener will depend on your own tastebuds and whether you use sweetened or unsweetened protein powder, as well as powdered, granulated, or a liquid sweetener. I like 2/3 cup of brown sugar or coconut sugar or xylitol for sugar free.
    To make protein cookie dough dip, add everything but the chocolate chips to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth. If too dry, add a little milk of choice as needed. Stir in the chocolate chips. Be sure to try all of the different flavor ideas above!
