12ozsoft tofu(soy free options are included above!)
1tbspcocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
4- 6 ozchocolate chips or broken up chocolate
1/8tspsalt
2- 3 tbspsweetener of choice
optional 1/2 cup peanut butter
optional 1/4 tsp instant coffee
Instructions
*For a sugar free pudding, use Sugar Free Chocolate Chips.To make the protein pudding, carefully melt the chocolate, either on the stovetop or in the microwave. Drain the tofu, and let it come to room temperature. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor (I like this food processor) until smooth. Pour into ramekins.
