Servings: 5 - 7 servings
- 6 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup flour (or here's a Keto Cobbler Recipe)
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sugar or granulated sugar free substitute
- 8 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Start by preheating the oven to 375 F. Toss the strawberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread into an 8 inch pan (or double all ingredients and use a 9 x 13 inch pan). In a new bowl, stir all remaining ingredients except the butter. Then cut in the butter or oil with a fork, pastry cutter, or food processor. Sprinkle the crumbles evenly over the berries. Bake 50 minutes or until oat streusel topping is golden and strawberries are caramelized. Serve the classic strawberry crisp recipe hot or cold.View Nutrition Facts
