Vegan Irish Soda Bread

- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups raisins or currants
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 cup nondairy milk of choice
- 3/4 cup plant based yogurt
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp oil
To make vegan Irish soda bread, first preheat the oven to 350 F, and grease a 9 inch round pan well. Stir all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add liquid ingredients, and stir until just evenly combined. Do not overmix. Spread the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spoon.
