Watermelon Smoothie

This healthy watermelon smoothie recipe is so refreshing and easy to make with just 2 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped watermelon (420g)
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice (80g)
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (optional) (14g)
  • sweetener of choice to taste, if desired

Instructions

  • To make an easy watermelon smoothie, first slice watermelon into cubes. Remove and discard the hard black seeds. You may leave the thin brown seeds. For the thickest, coldest results, I recommend freezing the chopped watermelon before use. Once chilled or frozen, blend the fruit with the milk and optional protein powder and sweetener until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
