- 3 cups chopped watermelon (420g)
- 1/3 cup milk of choice (80g)
- 2 tbsp protein powder (optional) (14g)
- sweetener of choice to taste, if desired
To make an easy watermelon smoothie, first slice watermelon into cubes. Remove and discard the hard black seeds. You may leave the thin brown seeds. For the thickest, coldest results, I recommend freezing the chopped watermelon before use.
